Welcome to the Group Registration site

Before you start please ensure you have for each of your group members all contact details, dietary requirements, if they will/won't be attending the special events and whether they will/won't require a seat on the complimentary shuttle service.

As the Group contact you will need to go through the registration process answering all questions for each invidual in your group. When you have reached the summary page you will see the names of your group and whether they have been registered in full or not. Here you will be able to review each registration and/or begin the next attendee's registration. Once each registration has been completed you will be taken to the payment page.

Payment - Once your registration is confirmed you will be sent an invoice with bank account details for payment by EFT. You will be able to pay online with MasterCard, VISA or AMEX soon. Delegates who purchase their conference tickets during the early bird period will have the option to pay half now and half by 1/03/2019.

Complimentary Shuttle Services

Complimentary shuttle services will run for the duration of the conference.

The central point of pick up/drop off in Darwin CBD is Mantra Pandanas. If staying at another hotel you will need to make your own way to and from Mantra Pandanas for the transfer. Australian Mangoes will not be responsible for delegates who are not on time for the buses as per the timetable which will be displayed on the conference website when set and you will be responsible for your own transfers if you miss the bus.

This years Gala Dinner will be held at a surprise location. All will be revealed on the night so we do suggest you book a seat on the shuttle for this event.

Please note that the Farewell Function is within walking distance of Mantra Pandanas, transfers will be not be necessary.
