Cost

Members are $695 for the first person and $595 for every person from the same organisation thereafter
Non members are $895 for the first person and $795 for every person from the same organisation thereafter
Field Day Only Tickets for one day $159 per ticket - Can only be purchased if one of the above ticket types have been purchased

Australian Mangoes Conference would like to invite you to include additional people from your organisation to attend the field day on Friday.  To be eligible for this registration type you need to be a registered business attending the conference with at least one full paid, registered delegate. We have created a special ticket price of $159 including GST for this ticket.  Two farm visits, morning and afternoon teas and lunch will be included on the day.  You can register for this ticket for as many staff as you wish.  Registration will take place on the site after you have registered for your attendance at the conference and you can then select how many of these tickets you would like.

  • Attendance at all conference sessions and keynote presentations
  • 1 ticket to the Welcome Function on Tuesday 14 May

  • Field day excursions on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 May
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunch as per the program

Payment: Once your registration is confirmed you will be sent an invoice with bank account details for payment by EFT. You will be able to pay online with MasterCard, VISA or AMEX soon.

Complimentary Shuttle Services

Complimentary shuttle services will run for the duration of the conference.

The central point of pick up/drop off in Darwin CBD is Mantra Pandanas. If staying at another hotel you will need to make your own way to and from Mantra Pandanas for the transfer. Australian Mangoes will not be responsible for delegates who are not on time for the buses as per the timetable which will be displayed on the conference website when set and you will be responsible for your own transfers if you miss the bus.

This years Gala Dinner will be held at a surprise location. All will be revealed on the night so we do suggest you book a seat on the shuttle for this event.

Please note that the Farewell Function is within walking distance of Mantra Pandanas, transfers will be not be necessary.

Account payments

 

Once your registration is confirmed  and paid you will be sent a receipt.

Payment can be made  online with MasterCard, VISA or AMEX via the PayPal portal. The Paypal portal does not require you to have an account.  It operates in the same way as any other credit card gateway and once you click on the link you wil be able to insert your card details for payment.   As we are within 30 days of the conference, credit card is the only option for payment.  Only the conference is charged on this card, not your accomodation which is paid directly to the hotel.


Credit Card payments via PayPal incur a 2.6% transaction fee.

Please note from Sunday 14 April 2019 no refund will be applicable for changes/cancellations. 

 

Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST 10%) has been included in all registration pricing and is subject to change without notice.
