Accommodation Payment 

A valid credit card must be supplied to secure your booking. A deposit or full payment of your accommodation may be charged by the hotel to secure the booking dependent on the individual trading terms of the hotels which are shown against each property description. In some instances the hotel will just hold the credit card as a guarantee for the booking. The balance of the payment will then be settled directly with the hotel upon arrival or departure. The credit card will NOT be charged at the time of booking.

All credit card details are gathered through a secure PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) website and payment system which stores the information in an encryption system so that all credit card details are fully protected at all times.

If you prefer to pay by EFT or TT, please complete your booking and once you have received confirmation please email us your request. We will then contact the hotel to ask them to provide you with a pro forma invoice to enable you to make your payment to them for the contracted accommodation rate.

                                                                                   

Terms & Conditions - will vary property to property

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges that will be made to your credit card for deposits, cancellations and no shows.

As per standard hotel policies and procedures, delegates will be required to provide a credit card or full cash payment upon check in. This is to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay and all remaining unpaid room nights.

The hotel will hold on your credit card, until point of check out, an amount which covers all unpaid accommodation nights reserved plus a daily amount for incidental charges. Any monies still being held on your credit card by the hotel, once you have settled your account and checked out will be released.

Cancellation fees will apply as per the hotel's terms and conditions detailed against each hotels description. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please log in to your booking and make the appropriate changes.

Refund Policy - these may vary by each hotel has individual refund policies. It is essential that you read these thoroughly to ensure that you are fully aware of when refunds are no longer available for your chosen accommodation venue.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions 

You will be asked to acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy during the booking process. We will also request that you agree to your credit card being charged by the hotel any amounts outstanding for incidentals or no shows incurred. You will receive notification prior to charges being processed in this instance.
