When do I pay for my accommodation charges?

All payments will be direct with your selected Hotel. Listed in their terms and conditions is information on any deposits, cancellation, non arrival at Hotel and pre payment if required. If your account is to be settled with a third party credit card or via EFT  please contact the hotel directly using the details below to request a third-party credit card form or secure payment link. If the necessary paperwork has not been completed and returned to the Hotel prior to check in you will be expected to settle your account prior to checking in. 

Can I book my accommodation through ACHSM?
No, InHouse Event Solutions have been appointed as the official Accommodation Management Company for the 2026 ACHSM Asia-Pacific Health Leadership Congress. Accommodation has been secured at competitive rates at a range of hotels and apartments. It is recommended that you book your accommodation once registered to ensure you secure these negotiated rates.

How do I make changes to my accommodation booking?
You can amend your booking by emailing conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com. Please do not go directly to the hotel. Please ensure any changes are made by the 25th September, 2026 to avoid fees that may be charged by the Hotel. If a change needs to be made after this date, please contact the Accommodation Managers directly. Ensure you have read the terms and conditions of your booking for information on cancellation/changes fees that may apply.

How do I cancel my booking for accommodation?
Please email the accommodation managers to cancel your booking. Cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your booking after 25th September, 2026 or if you do not arrive at the hotel on your check in date. The fee will differ according to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your confirmed arrival date, the hotel will charge for the room for each night booked. For cancellations please email conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com  please place the name 2026 ACHSM in the subject line of the email.

How many people can we fit in one hotel room?
The capacity of the room, and the options for room configurations, are noted in the description of each hotel during the booking process. Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee which varies slightly from hotel to hotel.

How do I book for more than one person?
You can make a group booking if you are booking for more than one person. Details are provided within the booking area to guide you through how to book for two or more persons, whether you are attending the congress or booking on someone else’s behalf.

I am thinking of extending my stay either before and/or after the Congress but I am unable to book these date online?
Please contact the Accommodation Managers who will confirm availability and rates with your selected property.

I am arriving early in the morning can I check in straight away?
You will need to book and pay for the night prior to your arrival to guarantee an early check in. If you do not wish to pay for the night before you can request an early check in the “special requirements” box during the booking process. Please note that although the Hotel will note this request they cannot guarantee a room will be available for you. In most instances you will be able to leave your luggage at the hotel until check in time.

Terms and Conditions

  • The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.

  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation.

  • The credit card must expire after the date of the event.

  • Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel as per the terms.

  • The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.

  • Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.  After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.

  • Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).

  • Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom).

  • All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.

  • A surcharge applies to all card transactions.

  • Name changes are allowed.

  • Charges may apply to late checkouts.
